MK VIIE Strike Viper

I wanted Urantia to also carry a compliment of some type of "heavy" modern Viper. I came across the fan design seen below, called a MK VIIE Strike Viper, and liked enough to choose it as Urantia's "heavy" modern Viper. I do not know the name of the artist, nor can I make it out from the signature on the last picture, so if anyone knows who the artist is, please let me know, so I can properly credit them.
